We Can Upgrade Your Existing Windows to Meet Current Regulations
All windows in habitable rooms at floors above ground level are required to be suitable for escape in fire, a suitable window is defined as 'a window whose unobstructable opening area is atleast 0.33m2 and atleast 450mm wide (a 450mm opening will need to be 735mm high)
Our money saving solution to this is to fit fire escape hinges which allow the minimum of 0.33m2 providing windows meet the criteria above
